Saturday, January 19, 2019 • 2:15-3:15pm
For successful implant based restoration, we have to have a sufficient amount of hard and soft tissue of definite quality surrounding the implant. Various techniques of hard and soft tissue grafting will be presented, highlighting the importance of creating a favorable peri-implant environment that leads to long-term and predictable outcome. Soft tissue manipulation with the help of modified temporary restorations renders superb results, mimicking the nature. Properly designed final restorations ensure functionally and esthetically ideal aftermath.
- Create sufficient volume of structural bone supporting the implant
- Enhance soft tissue quality and quantity around the implants by creating appropriate volume and adequate width of keratinized tissue
- Modify temporary restorations to achieve ideal emergence profile
